Accessing

Although physically located near The Arena, normal entrances are closed off. The Citadel can instead be accessed via Latrius' House on Latrius Isle.

Access to Floor 2 requires Citadel Key I which can be obtained from The Key Master.

Description

The Citadel is an ivory tower that can be found at the centre of the City of Last Hope, which used to be known as the City of Hope before the cataclysm. Old magics protect the Citadel and the City from the influence of The Old One.
