Description

The Reactor

The reactor was a circular tunnel that turned the processed mushroom oil into pure energy with 99.999% efficiency. When it was completed, it glowed with such brilliant hues of blue it stunned the engineers who built it.

Recently, The Reactor has undergone some maintenance. Expaxial now holds together the primary reaction, and removing all of this Expaxial would completely stop The Reactor. Good thing you'd have to remove all of it!

The Player removed the Expaxial to obtain the Reactor Core in order to obtain the Key to AL.

The Garden

AL's next design was a massive spire extending from the base of The Shallow Breaches all the way to the clouds. Made entirely of glass, this structure was called "The Gardens" by AL, and it functioned primarily as a vertical garden to supply food for all the citizens of The Deep.

The room could be ascended using a Water Grapple to access the Radio Tower.

Radio Tower

Unbeknownst to the engineers, AL snuck in a communications array at the top of The Spire that would allow him to see and hear everything for miles around.

The Player removed the Chronic Oscillator from the Radio Tower in order to obtain the Key to AL.

Boiler Room

As AL had pointed out, there was much work to be done, and so the work on The Deep began.

AL's first designs were the Extractors, which acted as pumps to pull the organic mushroom oil from deep beneath the ground and transfer it through a series of pipes. The oil had to be kept at a very specific temperature so as not to solidify, so even the pipes had to be sophisticated in nature.

The pipes led to a room deep underground, which AL called "The Boiler Room". He got a chuckle out of the name, as the room was far more complex than an ordinary boiler. This room would take the heated oil and run it through a series of complex reactions to strip away most of the organics and ready it for The Reactor, which happened to be AL's third set of designs.
